Made of one piece leather with elbow pads, snapping cuffs and cuff zippers.

REMOVABLE SLEEVES
Thanks to some very demanding customers we have designed a removable sleeve as an option. The sleeves are held on by a zipper that is covered by a wind flap. Add $90.00 for this option.

POCK ETS
The four outside pockets have flaps with snaps. Inside are two check book pockets on top of two map pouches with zippers.

HARDWARE
The front zipper is the YKK large brass #10 size. The brass snaps are size 24 for durability with an antique brass finish.

SPECS
Standard leather shell is 2.5 to 3.0 ounce black cow hide. Optional in-house leathers are a heavier weight black and brown and 3 standard weight browns. Call for samples. Add $50.00 for house browns or heavy weight leathers.

COLORS
If we can find the leather we can make the jacket. We have suppliers with a wide range of leathers but exact matches of browns and other earth tones can be impossible. Bright colors like red, yellow and purple are easier.

TWO TONE
A second color leather can be used for collar, shoulder yokes, shoulder guards, back yoke and elbow pads. For shop browns on standard black add $30.

INSULATION

The standard jacket comes without insulation. As an option it can be manufactured with permanent insulation under the lining in just the body portion or the body and the sleeves both. Cost is $40.00 for either method.

LINING

Body lining is made from a wicking polyester material that is smooth against the skin and won't run and tear.

REMOVABLE INSULATED LININGS

Optional snap in linings constructed of 3M's Thinsulate coverd on both sides with light weight nylon are available. Cost is $30.00 for vest and $45.00 for full sleeved liner.

VENTS/WARM WEATHER VERSION

It took us a long time to design this option. (When you live someplace where it only gets above 80 degrees a couple of days a year, its hard to see reason for wanting wind blowing through your jacket.) This option includes two 7 inch zippered vents on the front sholders and two 9 inch vents in the back covered by the shoulder yoke or verticle vents on each side of the lower back, depending on the jacket model. Also included is a rugged mesh liner to facilitate air flow and keep bulk down. This includes the same pockets and map pouches as the standard liner. The sleeve zippers are also backed with this mesh, instead of leather, so that they may be left open with cuffs snapped closed to scoop in air but not bees. Add $50.00 for this option.
