I just had to drop you a line and tell you how much I am enjoying my new bibs..... the temp has dropped to the 40-50 range and I have been cruzin around like it was a hot August day.

I am in the Canadian forces and am home for 2 weeks from Afghanistan and had to take the scooter out while I was home. Unfortunately, the temperature here has been about 4 degrees above freezing. Your jacket with the liner enabled me to ride without freezing my ass off. Thanks again for a superior jacket and I look forward to coming out next spring to purchase a pair of bibs.

I have been wearing your bibs for 2 1/2 years now and with no greater satisfaction than I had yesterday. After riding for 20 years, I finally took and tumble (40 mph curve). The bike sustained minor damage, but wearing your bibs and sliding on the asphalt for 100 ft, I was fine. My husband and I swear by your leather, design, and product support. Becky....Springfield, VA

On Sunday Nov. 3, 2002 a deer decided to cross my path. I had no time to even think, the ABS didn't have a chance - I T-Boned the thing at 50 mph. Your product performed perfectly. THANK YOU for a product that literally saved my skin!!

I really want to let you know how HAPPY I am with the bib. It far surpassed any expectation I had, as far as the quality of materials and workmanship go. I am very impressed with the quality of your product. The first ride I took wearing the bibs I noticed that I had this huge grin on my face that was the kind of grin that is hard to get rid of.

2009 March 05, 0945 p.m... Coming back from bike week in Daytona I had made it to within about ten miles from my house in Chattanooga, Tn. A little less than a 600 mile day. I had slowed down to about 50 as I was going through a construction area when I was rear ended at a 45 degree angle. (22 year old girl ,cell phone, changing lanes) She pushed me into the lane to my right and into a stopped car. She hit me so hard she knocked off my leesure-lite camper trailer, safety chains and all from the bike. It bent my trailer hitch straight down to the ground. On hitting the stopped car I was pushed into, I left the bike and went through the back windshield and into the interior of the car. After forty years of riding my last thought was I'm not going to live through this. In all those forty years I've done like everybody else who has ridden a lot and gotten away from the ones I've seen coming, but getting hit from behind at night I didn't even understand exactly what had happened as it was happening. After the wreck I woke up inside this car and crawled out over the trunk. To make a long story as short as possible I contribute my life to a Seer DOT helmet, a full grain HD jacket and most of all to my pair of Stone Lake Overalls. They kept me from getting any cuts, etc. I wound up (stupidly) even hopping to the stretcher. Injuries were internal bleeding (spleen) badly broken left leg, bones sheared off below the knee (big pin, eight screws), broken pelvic bone (two inches separated), broken left arm ,bones sheared off at wrist. (two screws). Of course, my brand new Street Glide was totaled. I had said it would be my last bike just didn't think like this. Anyway, standing on the side of the freeway the Paramedics were going to cut off my overalls. Hah! That was not going to happen, I unzipped them myself. They stayed with me until they were given to my wife. I'm 606 and about 320lbs so my ralls weren't small and my poor wife lugged them around for about a day and a half while they worked on me before she took them home. We have said manyl times since this occurred YOUR OVERALLS saved my life as I couldn't have taken much more damage with only a 20% chance to make it, I'm still here. Not back 100% but well enough to be me. Sincerely Thank You for an exceptional product. If I never get to ride again I'll have those overalls out of respect till the end, just in case.
Thank You
Blake......Chattanooga, Tn. |
